THURSDAY NIGHTS - 10pm | My Thursday's consist of a lot of LEGS & CONDITIONING & CORE work. My mornings are reserved for LOW REPS, POWER LIFTING & on the court work & my nights are all about HIGH REPS & CONDITIONING at the gym.

In this video you see me working on the main basketball muscles (Core, Legs, Forearms...). I'll usually do 2-3 sets of 25-40+ Reps of anything related to my core (Shoulders, Chest, Abs...); So here I'm doing 25 Torso Twists with the Rogue Fitness Bands after every set of my previous workout. Core is everything in a sport where balance & strength are needed with basically every move you do.

In this video you also see me working on some Step Sprints for speed, quickness & conditioning. You see Scissor Jumps for explosive jumping & leg conditioning. You also see Weighted Ball-Handling for dribbling speed, forearm conditioning & ball control. I will explain more about each workout in a later video, so STAY TUNED!! #Share #Like #Comment #BeTheMVP
